On a private London Taxi Tour you won’t only enjoy riding in a true London icon, the famed Black Cabs, but we will also tailor the tour to meet your exact requirements, as we have a great deal more flexibility than the lesser alternatives.

Having enjoyed breakfast 9.30am is the perfect time to start your experience if you are planning to see Changing the Guard at Buckingham Palace, to allow for getting up close and personal with one of the oldest military ceremonies we would recommend our 4-hour tour as a minimum to allow you to see all the other most iconic sights as well. Prepare to see the splendid bands and uniforms as part of your special day out!

*Although we will always endeavour to get you as close as possible to the famous bearskin caps and scarlet tunics, all three branches of the Armed Forces post guard so there can be a range of different uniforms being worn. The ceremony is scheduled to take place weekly on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday, but it can be cancelled in particularly bad weather, or if other major events are taking place in central London.

Our highly experienced drivers double up as your private guide, sharing their knowledge of the city they love so much with you! Their incredibly hard qualifications are awarded by the Worshipful Company of Hackney Carriage Drivers in conjunction with The Museum of London.

Cancellation policy:

A full refund will be made if Premium Tours is informed at least 48 hours before departure. If you want to change any of the details of your booking this is subject to availability. All amendments must be notified to us in writing at least 48 hours prior to departure by the person who made the original booking. Once a booking is amended ALL bookings will be non-refundable and non-changeable.
