How long is the entire experience? How much time is spent at the Studio Tour?

The journey from Victoria Coach Station to Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter takes between 1 - 1½ hours, depending on traffic. Inside the Studio Tour we spend up to 4 hours, followed by a return journey to London of approx 1 - 1½ hours. Therefore we advise passengers to factor in about 7 hours for the whole experience. Itinerary including finishing point is subject to change.

Is the tour wheelchair accessible?

Although Warner Bros. Studio Tour London is wheelchair accessible, the transport coach to get there is not, therefore we can only accommodate wheelchair users who are able to board and alight the coach on foot and who have a folding wheelchair.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 72 hours before departure for a full refund (for bookings under 10 passengers); for groups of 10 or more (including multiple bookings), cancellations or date changes are free if made 30–60 days before travel (depending on group size), with cancellations within that period charged at 100%.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter provides an amazing opportunity to explore the magic of the Harry Potter films – the most successful film series of all time. Enjoy previously unheard anecdotes from the expert guides before taking a unique Studio Tour that takes you behind-the-scenes and showcases a huge array of beautiful sets, costumes and props. It also reveals some closely guarded secrets, including facts about the special effects and animatronics that made these films so hugely popular all over the world.

Here are just some of the things you can expect to see and do:

  • Explore Professor Dumbledore’s™ office and discover never-before-seen treasures.
  • Visit the famous cobbles of Diagon Alley™, featuring the shop fronts of Ollivanders wand shop, Flourish and Blotts, the Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes, Gringotts Wizarding Bank and Eeylops Owl Emporium

Dark Arts : 16th September - 8th November

This autumn, the Studio Tour invites fansto experience the return of its spine-tingling Dark Arts feature. The iconic Great Hall will be transformed with pumpkins suspended above the Hogwarts house tables which will be adorned with a festive Halloween spread. Visitors can step into the shadows of the Studio Tour as they encounter roaming Death Eaters and eerie Dementors with original ghost costumes on display. Aspiring witches and wizards can test their wand skills as they duel against the Death Eaters. Those who are brave enough can follow the Dark Mark trail using clues in a special Dark Arts themed activity passport.

Hogwarts in the Snow : 14th November - 17th January 2027

The nostalgic Hogwarts in the Snow feature is making a return to the Studio Tour this festive season bringing with it a magical winter transformation. The spectacular Great Hall will be decorated in its iconic and original Christmas dress, as seen throughout the films. Visitors will remember the iconic scene where Harry Potter receives his first ever Weasley jumper in the Gryffindor common room, which has been festively decorated to celebrate. The Hogwarts castle model will be covered in a blanket of snow using the same filmmaking techniques used in the Harry Potter film series, adding an extra layer of enchantment to this magical experience.

  • The tour departs from your selected pick-up location:
  • Victoria Coach Station – Check‑in at Victoria Coach Station starts 15 minutes before departure. Your exact gate will be provided in your booking confirmation.
  • An optional pick-up from Marble Arch is available at the Thistle Hotel, Bryanston Street, Marylebone, London W1H 7EH, for the 1:45 pm tour only. This must be selected at the time of booking. Please arrive by 1:45 pm and wait outside the hotel main entrance for a 2:00 pm departure.
  • The tour concludes near Victoria Train Station, but this may vary depending on traffic.
  • You will have approximately 4 hours to explore the Studio Tour independently
  • Tour includes return transfer from Central London and guaranteed entry to the Studio Tour
  • 45 GBP applies for children aged 3 to 4 for transportation only as they require a seat on the vehicle
  • Infants 2 years and under are free of charge however still require a ticket so we do need to be notified
  • Youth and Child must be accompanied by at least one Adult.
  • For the safety of the public and the protection of the Studio Tour, visitors may be subjected to a bag and/or personal search on entry. Certain items are prohibited from entering the tour including knives and bladed weapons, alcohol or illegal drugs, CS / pepper spray or anything which could be considered a security risk.

For Groups of 10 passengers or more including groups with multiple bookings, a date change or refund can be made without charge from between 30-60 days before travel date (depending on the numbers booked); cancellations made within those 30-60  days of travel date are payable at 100%.
